We want you to be happy with your beads. So we offer you the option of returning items that don’t meet your needs. Below is our return policy:

  . Call,fax or email to us within 10 calendar days from the date that you receive the product. We will give you a return authorization number.

  . Please enclose the copy of original invoice and mark the item and quantity which you want to return. In the return package, and also with your name, phone number in case we have any question.

. All return items must be in original condition. Partial strand, loosen strand is not acceptable.

. Freight and insurance are not refundable.

. When we receive your authorized and qualified return package, we usually put credit back to your account for your next order. For your request, we can also mail you a refund check or credit directly back to your original credit card account.

. Exchange is considered a return followed by a separate new order. All return policy apply to exchange request. Shipping charge will be added to every exchange shipment.
